Maintenance Agreements - "The Smart Choice"
Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst; on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave; times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most.
Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.
Your investment in our maintenance agreement includes:
- Replace air filters or clean permanent filter
- Check refrigeration levels and pressure
- Check condenser and clean if necessary
- Oil outdoor fan motor where applicable
- Check condensate drains
- Check indoor coil, clean if necessary
- Check electrical connections
- Oil indoor fan motor
- Check system for overall operating efficiency
- Make recommendations of any required repairs to the system
OPTIONS: Clean and inspect the humidifier system and replace the evaporative pad if necessary. Clean and inspect electronic air cleaner and test for proper operation.
This maintenance agreement includes inspection and cleaning twice a year for heat and a/c system and once a year for heat or a/c systems only. A maintenance agreement assures that your equipment is in the best condition possible. A feature of this contract is that if a part is found defective at the time of the inspection, then the component will be replaced and you will be billed for the part only and not additional labor (the sealed components excluded).
